More information about me
I received my doctorate in clinical psychology, with a specialty in behavioral medicine, from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011. I completed my internship and clinical health psychology postdoctoral residency at VA Connecticut Healthcare System. In the past 15 years I have held a number of roles: research psychologist at VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VACHS) and in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine, VACHS Health Behavior Coordinator and Associate Program Director within the Center of Excellence in Primary Care Education, and lead psychologist in the Endocrinology clinic at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
I have been in private practice since 2018, where I integrate evidence-based approaches with extensive clinical experience to help clients develop practical skills, overcome obstacles, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. While I am physically located in New Jersey, I have licenses in several states and am also licensed with PSYPACT which allows me to see clients in most states throughout the country.
