Ready to get started? Here are the steps:

1. Click the “Request Appointment” button.

2. Select either “Individual intake meeting” (to be seen individually) or “Couples intake meeting” (to be seen with your partner).

3. Select “Video Office.”

4. Check available days and times on the calendar, and select your preferred meeting day/time.

5. Complete the prescreener question and contact form.

That’s it! After your request is received and reviewed you will receive an email regarding next steps.
