Frequently Asked Questions

  • I do not contract directly with any insurance companies. Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, you may be reimbursed for therapy services in full or in part. You will be provided with statements (often called “superbills”) for insurance reimbursement. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you directly for whatever amount they agree to pay after you meet your deductible.

  • For individual therapy and behavioral coaching, the initial intake meeting (60 minutes) is $275 and follow up meetings (45 minutes) are $250.

    For couples therapy, the initial intake meeting (60 minutes) is $300 and follow up meetings (45 minutes) are $275.

  • I am located in New Jersey, and I currently hold licenses in NJ, MD, and VA. I also hold a PSYPACT license which allows me to see clients in 43 states throughout the country. PSYPACT continues to add additional states, so more may become available soon!

  • At this time I see all clients via Telehealth using a HIPAA compliant platform called SimplePractice.
